The following cancellation fees will apply:

Before September 1, 2024: Full refund, excluding administration fee of € 50.00

From September 1 until September 25, 2024: 50% refund

As of September 25, 2024 or if the participant fails to attend: no refund

All refunds will be processed and issued within 60 days after the meeting.

Name substitutions are possible at an extra charge of € 50,00.
